Boiler Staging – The Model CPU-1000 is a modular style of control with 6 available modes of operation. Primarily it is used for almost any boiler staging application. Used in conjunction with Expansion modules, the system can easily be assembled to handle up to 14 stages of boiler. The base control has multiple demand inputs for I/O heating, DHW, or constant temp supply temperature modes. It incorporates single or multiple pump signals, with optional changeover included. With simple user friendly programming, it is a powerful control with almost unlimited application flexibility. The available expansion modules are:

EXP-0100 – two stage dry SPST contacts that link to the CPU-1000 logic with a 32 pin connector – most often controls the low voltage or line voltage control circuits of individual boilers or multi-stage burners

EXP-300 – two stage powered (110V) SPST contacts – often used with circulating pumps

MOD-0100 – two circuits ooduleting output suganal – 0-10VDC, 4-20 mA, or 0-5 v DC – most often used to ocntorl today’s modulating input boilers – both condensing or non-condensing styles

Geothermal Heat Pump Staging – The Model ECO-1000 is the base control that can be used again with the expansion modules listed above to build up to a 14 stage GSHP system. The unit features either a dual tank (separate heating and cooling tank) or single tank operation. The unit can control single stage ground source heat pumps, or two stage devices.

Snowmelt – The Model SNO-0100 is a master snowmelt and detection controller for modern low temp snowmelt system operation and sequencing. It has a companion detection module, SNO-0110, which monitors and controls through a remote sidewalk
